My clients are within the Retail industry dealing with apparel. They are a well-known brand operating several stores within Southeast Asia. They are looking to hire a Senior Manager/Associate Director to join their team in Singapore. This role will have you be responsible growing the brand both locally and regionally, manage retail KPIs and business revenue, along with utilising your Business acumen and expertise in Retail Business Management, Sales and Marketing strategies.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields
• At least 10 years of apparel retail business experience with 5 years or more of management experience
• Experience apparel retail with a solid track record in Retail Analytics and Retail KPIs is highly desirable
• Understanding of the regional market and being able to adapt strategies to the changes in the market/competition would be desirable
• Be able to analyse and effectively communicate overall business strategies across all levels
• Proven leadership skills which not only challenge but encourages others to do well is very desirable

• Work with the CEO to implement business strategies to drive growth and brand recognition in the market
• Lead the team with a focus on continuous development of client engagement
• Take charge of the budget and revenue and ensure targets are set and achieved throughout the team
• Be responsible for strategic performance KPIs
• Formulate strategies for improving retail performance
• Oversee performance of each store, review and provide input for enhancing sales performance, client experience, operations, productivity and compliance
• Work with store managers and VMs to ensure the stores are reflecting the brand image consistently
• Help with rebranding initiatives and new store openings but identifying innovative action plans which minimize operational risk and operating costs
