SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience successfully leading teams and sales management in the B2C inbound environment.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and profitability through B2C direct channels, preferably in consumer businesses.
  • Experience in working in a multi brand environment and able to develop and optimise referral pathways for prospects.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Experience in implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence initiatives.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Working understanding of the disability or aged care sectors.

The Senior Manager, B2C , plays a pivotal role in delivering the direct-to-consumer strategy for the organisation. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business-to-consumer direct channel, from strategic planning to execution, with the ultimate goal of enhancing customer engagement, increasing revenue, and maximizing profitability. The incumbent will lead inbound B2C sales teams across the Mable and its group of companies.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive individual and team success.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability of the B2C direct channel, aligned with overall organisational objectives.
  • Partner with relevant colleagues to design and operationalise sales and strategies to attract and convert customers through various direct channels.
  • Ensure a seamless and personalised customer journey across all touchpoints, focusing on enhancing the overall customer experience and driving customer conversion.
  • Use data analytics and customer insights to drive informed decision-making, identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, implementing appropriate measures to mitigate risks and safeguard the customer.
