• Root Cause Analysis (E2E process including workshops and BT RCA Forum)
• Incidents and issues oversight & business support
• Incidents and Issues Reviews (Rectification Plans and Closures)
• Thematic Incident & Issues Analysis
• Quality Reviews (Incidents, Issues, CAR’s, Risk Profiles)
• Breach Monitoring, and Reporting
• Remediation Suppor
