Senior Manager BDC Western Europe (m/w/d)

The EOS Group is a leading Investor and Asset Manager in the European NPL and Credit investment space. You will be a part of the Business Development and Consulting Team of the Western Europe region. Together with our team we are continuously looking for ways to enhance the performance of the region. We are doing this by initiating various improvement projects, creating synergies, and connecting the colleagues within the region and the rest of EOS.
In your role as a Senior Consultant your focus will be on a wide range of digitization topics. Our overall goal is achieving a maximum level of automation and corresponding cost savings. You will work with a lot of international stakeholders within EOS.

This is the Job:

• You identify additional digitization potential in our Western European countries, which of course also includes AI tools.
• You record the relevant processes there, compare them with other EOS countries and optimise them (before digitization), if necessary.
• You initiate and steer respective digitization projects and initiate corrective actions, if necessary.
• If necessary, you create own tools.
• You work closely together with other members of our Business Development and Consulting team and with the relevant colleagues within the other EOS regions.
• You present project results confidently to the executive board and other senior management.

This is your Profil:

• You have a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Mathematics, Statistics, or a comparable field of study.
• You bring at least 5 years of professional experience.
• You possess excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• You have (advanced) programming skills in the currently relevant languages.
• You are a team player, resilient, and willing to travel internationally.
• You are fluent in German and English.
