MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Become a resident expert in our footwear development and factory process and gain a thorough understand of stakeholder needs.
  • Work with MADE leadership and program leadership to define vision, strategy, and goals for the transformation program – both short term and long term.
  • Identify, evaluate and document the current state of the MADE organization, including processes, systems, and culture by engaging with key stakeholders.
  • Lead, organize, and conduct workshops with leaders and key partners across business units to define process and system requirements. Partner with IT Product Management team and IT Technical Team to define and integrate technology solutions that support business requirements.
  • Work in partnership with PMO to develop a comprehensive project plan, considering timelines, resource allocation, and potential risks.
  • Function as a change agent and influencer for the transformation. Partner with the OCM lead to coordinate effort in organizational change, communication and trainings to ensure successful end user adoptions to realize value to the business.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Experience in strategic roles in Footwear and/or Apparel Product Creation, Product Development, Product Management, Supply Chain, or related functions.
  • Experience working with a wide variety of constituents, including different departments, remote offices, and overseas company employees and/or business partners.
  • Experience with software implementation.
  • Good negotiating skills with an open mindset to entertain different perspectives and needs
  • Creative energy and ability to work within a complex, matrixed environment
  • Have a strong attention to detail, follow-through on tasks, deliver clear documentation, and can manage several projects at once.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Flexibility, creative problem solving and innovation mindset
