- Exciting opportunity to join the BCM Consumer Finance personal loans team
HOW WILL I HELP?
We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Manager for Business Controls and Monitoring to join our team. In this role, you’ll proactively manage risks and enhance our control environment, ensuring we provide meaningful insights and support to our Personal Loans business. Your expertise will guide us in risk and control identification, managing the Value Chain Risk Profile, and performing comprehensive risk reviews and advisory support.
You’ll lead the charge in CSA testing, identifying new controls, and improving existing ones to keep our operations secure and efficient. As part of your responsibilities, you’ll support the development and monitoring of “Return to Medium” plans for any out-of-appetite risks within our Risk Profile. Your keen eye for emerging risks relevant to Consumer Finance will help us stay ahead of potential issues.
You’ll undertake various essential risk activities to support Risk and Compliance Attestations, including Tax Attestation, Basel III Attestation, and SOx Attestation. Your proactive approach will ensure thorough risk reviews across the Personal Loans business and effective implementation of Group Risk & Compliance projects into Consumer Finance.
You’ll also manage control reviews, including quality assurance and monitoring of Consumer Finance controls. Your role will be crucial in collating and delivering Risk Management Framework Maturity Assessments (RMFA) and Risk Culture Assessments. Additionally, you’ll oversee the Key Indicators (KI) and Risk Appetite Dashboard (RAD) programs for Consumer Finance.
