Now, as we continue our upward trajectory, we are seeking a visionary Senior Manager to spearhead our strategic initiatives.
Your role will be pivotal, from orchestrating strategic planning sessions to driving the execution of our strategic portfolio. You’ll be at the forefront of identifying new business prospects and collaborating across teams to pioneer innovative processes and policies that will shape the future of our programs. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the portfolio management of strategic projects, collaborating across the organization to drive projects to completion
  • Launch new business with new clients, working with Operations, Clinical team, HR, IT and legal to design new workflows and processes, draft new policies, and mitigate risks
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and prospective clients to support business expansion
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and industry analysis to identify and prioritize new business opportunities
  • Support development of strategic plans, and help develop and facilitate strategy sessions with the ParaMed leadership team
  • Promote a culture of innovation, critical thinking, and proactive problem-solving, ensuring strategic initiatives align with ParaMed’s vision and values

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Exceptional project / portfolio management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to launch new programs, including ability to design new process workflows and draft policies
  • Strong account management skills to understand clients needs and build trust by delivering on agreed-upon services
  • Demonstrated strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving organizational goals
  • Agile and flexible, adept at navigating complex situations
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or a related field
