Responsibilities:

  • Manage forward planning of transformation portfolio in Consumer Finance, by supporting prioritisation of investment spend in alignment with transformation roadmap.
  • Develop benefit scenarios to maximize return on investment
  • Prepare detailed reports tracking benefits against business initiatives and incorporate qualitative and quantitative data in reports.
  • Support Consumer Finance product teams in setting clear performance targets and track key drivers quarterly to assess success.
  • Analyse business performance and utilize data analytics techniques to interpret metrics and identify trends/root causes of performance issues.
  • Support strategic decisions with product leadership teams and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and benefits of performance management initiatives.
  • Coordinate showcase of Consumer Finance performance to senior management across LOB and Consumer Division
  • Provide clarity among various product teams regarding strategic priorities and deliverables and keep relevant senior management updated on progress of key initiative
