Description:
- You are an experienced Business Resilience professional
- Business Resilience team performs an integral role in ensuring that the Group is prepared for disruptive events.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships with key customers across the Group
- Design and conduct training and capability transfer programs to ensure business units can deliver on their business continuity responsibilities
- Provide support in delivering crisis management capabilities as required during disruptive events
- Provision Line 2 support and advisory services in relation to the business continuity policy & standard across the Group
- Conduct assurance activities over the business continuity lifecycle, including review and challenge of plans, selected strategies and recovery tests conducted by Business Units
- Support Senior Leadership in understanding their business continuity risks and capabilities
- Support the design and development of Business Continuity Management program in alignment with new APRA CPS standards
