The Senior Manager will drive and oversee retail leasing including marketing and promotion of commercial spaces for a leading managing agent.
Responsibilities:
- Co-formulate, drive and execute strategies, improve performance, implement potential asset enhancement initiatives that focus on the Company’s objectives and market opportunities.
- Maximize sales and revenue through leasing, ensure profitability and operational viability including forecasting sales figures and inventory requirement for each location.
- Build and develop good landlord, tenant and stakeholder relationship and promote the Company’s values.
- Lead and promote synergy across Leasing, Lease Management, Marketing and Operation teams, promoting cross-functional communication.
