Job Title: Senior Manager, Cancer Prevention

Salary Band: 7 ($76,000 - $114,000 CAD)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in health promotion, social science, health sciences, health communications, health policy or a related field with at least 3-5 years experience in project management, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience; or Undergrad in health promotion, social science, health science, health communication, health policy and 7 years experience
  • Experience managing IT and Digital Projects
  • Experience evaluating digital experience analytics solutions
  • Demonstrated experience managing concurrent projects through the project lifecycle, applying standardized project management methodologies including agile methodologies.
  • Experience leading advisory/working groups to support goals
  • Program evaluation and measurement experience
  • Experience working in cancer prevention, health promotion, public health, or related field an asset
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with senior leadership and internal stakeholders across all business functions
  • Experience managing vendor relationships through the lifecycle ensuring adherence to contracts and/or statements of work
  • Experience managing complex and time-sensitive projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
  • Knowledge of and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and cloud-based software to streamline operations an asset
  • Experience in a multi-level, non-profit organization preferred
  • Bilingual in English and French is highly preferred.
