As part of our exciting digital transformation journey, we seek a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Change Management, to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in amplifying the impact of our Technology Change Management team by providing high-level operational support and strategic guidance. By overseeing the execution of change management initiatives, coordinating resources, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders across the organization, you will ensure smooth transitions, high user adoption, and sustained engagement with our new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Change Management Specialist to develop and implement comprehensive change management plans for various digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage the day-to-day execution of change management activities, including communication campaigns, training programs, stakeholder engagement workshops, and resistance management interventions.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned change management activities.
- Lead and oversee a team of Change Management Analysts, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management.
- Gather and analyze data on change management progress, identifying areas for improvement and reporting key metrics to the Senior Change Management Specialist and senior leadership.
- Manage and prioritize workloads, ensuring effective resource allocation and meeting deadlines.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with change implementation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for change.
- Champion and advocate for the importance of change management within the organization.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources) with 5+ years of experience in project management or change management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and executing change management initiatives, ideally within a large and complex organization.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Leadership and team management experience, able to motivate and guide a team of Change Management Analysts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address challenges during change implementation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, able to engage diverse audiences and manage group dynamics.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Passion for digital transformation and the ability to inspire others to embrace change.
- Knowledge of the global insurance industry and regulatory landscape related to technology risk is highly desirable.
