Responsibilities:

  • Own the product end-to-end from market research (quantitative and qualitative), execution, go-to-market. commercialization to post launch improvements
  • Lead ideation of new features and integrations
  • Create and manage product backlog in partnership with technology and business teams
  • Facilitate in data-driven decision making and create the telemetry and metrics required to evaluate the success of the products you launch
  • Define and drive pilots to gather early feedback and ensure adoption of new features and functionality.
  • Review customer feedback, analyze impact and prioritize it, and convert into clearly defined requirements to create a feature backlog
  • Define effective data visualizations that are easy to interpret and deliver meaningful insights to key stakeholders in the business
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the product based on competitive research and industry trends
  • Be the product champion. Document product functionality and work with learning teams to train on new features.
  • Define the value proposition of your products and support sales & marketing
  • Provide professional consulting service to clients, proactively driving value-based technical solutions and capabilities on sales engagements
  • Understand and drive the monetization of our offerings with a strong understanding of key business metrics including revenue and costs to inform decision makin
