  • Development of internal project management frameworks and template commercial agreements
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders in relation to access to, and augmentation of, key enabling infrastructure and services
  • Lead the team to identify industry partners / tenants at the Hubs and facilitate discussions through to the executions of a non-binding MOU, to facilitate preliminary technical and financial investigations
  • Advise on or lead commercial negotiations with Regulators, Planning Authorities and industry players with respect to infrastructure or commodities such as water
  • Recruit, train, manage and coach the team in accordance with AGL’s values

About You:
You will have extensive experience in commercial structuring and complex high value contract negotiation, preferably in brownfield development projects, or from within the energy, mining or heavy industrial industries. Your stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen and leadership skills will set you up for success.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Tertiary qualification in commerce, engineering, law or a similar discipline
  • Advanced people leadership experience, including leading a team with a diverse skill set and experience levels
  • Proven success operating in ambiguous and uncertain environments and the ability to identify the “deal space” and achieve risk optimised decision making
