REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of experience in application engineering or construction project management OR Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in application engineering or construction project management
- Ability to travel 50-70%
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Mechanical Engineering background
- HVAC installation experience

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Senior Manager, Commissioning Engineer is the key point of contact to the customer to ensure a successful commissioning for projects in North America. The role will define and develop a team of field services professionals to deliver customer expectations and timelines.
This position can be located anywhere in the United States.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- On-site Installation Management
- Oversee full on-site installation delivery management for multiple assigned projects.
- Manage quality and schedule, ensuring adherence to customer expectations and timelines.
- Site Performance and Quality:
- Co-own management of site performance and address quality issues.
- Lead the quality claim process, processing change requests, commissioning, and handover to the customer.
- External Field Technician Training:
- Develop and implement training programs for external field technicians involved in commissioning projects.
- Collaborate with external training partners to ensure the team is well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge for effective commissioning.
- Documentation and EH&S Policies:
- Manage project documentation.
- Ensure internal and external EH&S (Environment, Health, and Safety) policies are implemented across all projects.
- Standards and Processes:
- Ensure adherence to defined standards, processes, and deadlines across all assigned projects.
- Customer Relationship Development:
- Support the development of customer relationships on assigned projects.
- Coordinate with project managers on cross-functional responsibilities, performance, and issue resolution.
