Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY
QIC is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Manager, Compliance Governance & Monitoring to work alongside our Compliance Change and Advisory teams. In this newly-created senior role, you will improve QIC’s overarching compliance framework from a global perspective.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is willing to bring their expertise in compliance framework design and implementation, and apply it across QIC, ensuring we adopt a risk-based and enterprise-wide approach to the management of both mandatory and voluntary compliance obligations.
Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining QIC’s enterprise-wide Compliance Policy and supporting frameworks.
- Developing and leading a comprehensive, risk-based compliance testing and surveillance program.
- Conducting compliance assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and providing guidance and training to employees.
- Partnering with senior management by preparing and presenting impactful compliance reports highlighting key metrics, risks, and recommendations.
Becoming a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders across local and international offices on regulatory and compliance matters.Championing a risk-aware and client-centric compliance culture through leading by example and influencing others.
