Description:

SENIOR MANAGER CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS (M/F/D)

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Manager of Corporate Communications to lead our communication efforts. You’ll craft strategies that enhance our reputation, engage stakeholders, and align with our values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated communication plans to showcase our purpose, vision and mission.
  • Serve as the go-to person for all communication matters, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure our communication strategies support our business goals.
  • Create compelling content across various platforms, from press releases to social media.
  • Build and nurture relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Provide strategic counsel on communication strategies, including crisis management.
  • Reporting into VP Corporate Communications

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Proven minimum of 7+ years track record of developing successful external and internal communication strategies.
  • Relevant years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in finance related fields
  • Experience in M&A Communications: Track record of developing communication strategies for mergers and acquisitions, including integration planning, and post-deal communications.
  • Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders, addressing employee concerns, and preserving brand reputation throughout the M&A process.
  • Experience in Financial Communications: Proficiency in communicating financial information to the financial community.
  • Knowledge of financial terminology, reporting requirements, and disclosure regulations. Ability to translate complex financial data into clear and concise messaging.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ideally you are based in the areas of Munich, Frankfurt or Berlin.
