Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW
Together with the Corporate Services Director, the Senior Manager of Corporate Services leads the Corporate Services team in formulating, developing, implementing, and evaluating policies. This role involves developing strategic planning frameworks for the department, representing Corporate Services in policy consultation initiatives, and overseeing consultation processes with key stakeholders during policy evaluations. As an experienced staff member with excellent team management skills, the Senior Manager of Corporate Services works across KKCS to create an environment that supports the organisation’s mission to serve beneficiaries and their families.
Responsibilities:
E OTHER DUTIES
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, codes, and requirements stipulated by funders and regulators for KKCS, which is a society, charity, and IPC.
- Support the role of secretariat for the Management Committee and its sub-committees alongside other staff members.
- Support the CSD in the role of Personal Data Officer.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the CSD
