A bit about your role
The Senior Manager Culture, Engagement and DEI will design and deliver nbn’s People Experiences & Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives aligned to nbn’s People Strategy.)
Collaborating across various teams across the business to ensure that we build a strong internal nbn brand as a “Great Place to Work” and external profile as an “employer of choice, the role will be critical in enabling nbn to achieve a diverse workforce that represents our customer base and our gender equality aspirations of 40% women in leadership positions by 2025.A key accountability will be overseeing nbn’s diversity pillars (Gender Equity, First Nations, Accessibility, LGBTQ+ and Cultural Diversity) partnerships as well as be responsible for bringing DE&I to life within nbn through targeted programs, initiatives and communication channels. The Senior Manager Culture, Engagement and DEI will be responsibility for internal and external governance and reporting requirements.
A bit about you
The successful candidate will have strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, experience engaging and influencing senior leaders and the ability to build rapport at all levels across nbn. You will also manage external partnerships that add positively to nbn’s EVP.
You will demonstrate experience in culture and DEI strategy development and delivery and have the ability to integrate programs of work across the organisation to ensure consistency of message and practice. You have proven experience in data analysis, metrics tracking and measuring outcomes/impact of initiatives.
