a day in the life

Reporting to the Senior Director, FP&A Digital & CFO Data, the Senior Manager Data & Analytics (D&A) leads the D&A product team for the CFO organization. Overseeing a diverse portfolio of stakeholders including Finance, FP&A, Procurement, Enterprise Risk, and Enterprise Strategy & Insights this leadership role is responsible for developing and executing a multi-year roadmap with technology partners to enhance data analytics capabilities. This role will:

  • Oversee governance and data exchange processes for key data sources within the organization, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify relevant metrics and KPIs, design intuitive dashboards, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Provide industry leading expertise on D&A and Product Management.

qualifications

  • 8+ years relevant experience in finance, product management and data & analytics.
  • MBA, CPA, Product Management, Project Management credentials preferred.
  • Advanced Data Analytics Skills: Proficient in data analysis techniques including awareness of SQL, Python or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Oracle Financial Applications (EBS, EPM, SM), RPA applications, PowerBI, JIRA, Confluence and Snowflake preferred.
  • Experience leading and managing a team, including setting goals, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Ability to effectively delegate tasks, manage resources, make swift decisions/ prioritization backed by sound logic and to achieve objectives.

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $134,100 to 176,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
