As the Senior Manager, Data & Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the adoption, development, and ongoing management of data architecture solutions for Stryker’s Data & Analytics needs. In this role, you will guide and mentor the enterprise data and information architecture team to deliver comprehensive EDIA services to Stryker business teams, establishing and nurturing collaborative partnerships with Stryker IT and Business teams. You will also be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of data strategies, ensuring the efficient and effective use of Global IDs, Azure Synapse, PowerBI, Databricks, Azure Data Lake, and other related technologies.

- Provide leadership and direction to the enterprise data and architecture team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Technology Expertise:
- Lead the end-to-end data architecture and support the implementation and optimization of Analytics platforms leveraging Azure Synapse, Databricks, PowerBI, Azure Data Lake, and other relevant technologies.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, ensuring the organization is utilizing the latest tools and methodologies.
- Enable and promote self-service analytics capabilities across the organization, in-line with Data & Analytics strategy to empower business users to derive insights independently.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs, providing solutions that drive business value.
- Collaborate closely with Data Governance Platforms, Product Management, Data Engineering, and other relevant Business/customer teams.
