As the Senior Manager, Data Center Strategy at Danfoss, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our commitment to climate solutions, particularly in the realm of data centers. Danfoss stands uniquely positioned with a rich legacy of innovative solutions that address climate challenges.

Your time will be split between two main activities:

• 75% Strategy development and execution (e.g. Partnerships, M&A), and
• 25% on the Pan-European Net Zero Innovation Hub.

Your leadership will be instrumental in developing and executing our data center solutions business strategy, aligning with our overarching goal of sustainability. Leveraging your expertise, you’ll forge partnerships to accelerate profitable growth and define strategic initiatives to maximize our potential in this dynamic market.

This position is available in Nordborg, Hamburg, Kolding, or Copenhagen as a hybrid role, and for the right candidate we can offer relocation services inside EU (EU Only) to Nordborg, Denmark.

BACKGROUND & SKILLS

We’re looking for someone with 2-5 years’ consulting experience in a top-tier firm, preferably with a technical background and experience with the data center background.

• An ability to apply analytical and strategic thinking, with strong business judgment to solve ambiguous problems independently, and
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, including capability to present effectively to senior leadership inside and outside Danfoss.
