Description:
HOW WILL I HELP?
The role sits within the Group central Data Governance Team (within Data Platforms) and is responsible for supporting the delivery of six high risk data usages to be brought in line with the PPC (Producer Processor Consumer) data management framework, for managing critical data through its lifecycle – “PPC6 project”.
Responsibilities:
- Support / collaborate with data management leads and the divisional data risk / governance teams in the delivery of PPC6 project for the individual businesses / data usages in scope.
- Support / collaborate with PPC6 project team (PM and BAs) in project management activities, which includes creation, roll out and maintenance of project artefacts (scope and process documents, delivery plans), and managing of project data for scope tracking / progress tracking.
- Understand the scope / activities of the project end to end and proactively identify and work on opportunities for improvements, and potential blockers/issues to resolve.
- Work with Westpac L2 data risk to understand / clarify data risk guidance documentation where required in support of project activities.
- Support / collaborate with an application development team (BAs / developers / application owner) on the iterative development and rollout of PPC features in our Enterprise Metadata Management tool (Alex) from a product / requirements perspective. This includes getting feedback / sign off from internal DP, and divisional stakeholders
