  • Strong consulting experience, preferably in the wealth platform domain
  • Experience in successfully managing vendor relationships and delivering results in a multi-vendor environment.
  • Experience in coordinating and overseeing vendor selection processes, contract negotiations, and vendor performance evaluations.
  • Strong understanding of vendor management best practices and the ability to navigate complex vendor landscapes.
  • Been a key part of wealth platform transformation projects and demonstrated ability to manage and supervise in a team of technology and business advisors through all phases of the technology life cycle, including requirements definition, architecture, design, development, implementation, migration, and testing.
  • Led delivery teams to successful project outcomes by managing and monitoring progress, mitigating risks, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Advise clients and stakeholders by communicating complex information clearly, building relationships, and providing industry thought leadership.
  • Been part of projects which involved analyzing financial data, identifying opportunities, negotiating effectively, managing budgets and resources, and making data-driven decisions to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensured delivery standards are followed and deviations from any defined standards are properly addressed and communicated.
  • Led and ensured that solution options are well communicated and approved by Business & technical stake holders
  • Experience in delivering through various ways of working, including waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Conversant with Wealth ‘Cloud’ technology ecosystems and hyper-scalers
  • Familiarity with modern software delivery tooling
  • Appreciation of emerging technology and trends in wealth management
  • Experience in leading and mentoring junior staff within a wider complex digital transformation programme.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Industry certifications such as BCS, Prince 2, Agile, PMP among others
  • Cloud Practitioner certifications with the major providers
