In your new role you will:

• Manage a Digital Functional Verification team working on complex, highly innovative R&D projects
• Be responsible for coordinating the team and building-up skills and competencies
• Allocate projects and enable the development of methodologies for IP/Subsystem/SoC Verification
• Act as interface to project management, internal development groups and stakeholders
• Be accountable together with the project manager for meeting quality, cost and schedule targets
• Represent your group in cross-site methodology exchange

In doing so, you are supported by your analytical thinking and problem solving skills. You enjoy leading your team in a dynamic and multi-site environment, achieve the best possible results and foster innovation.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar technical field
• At least 6 years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry in relevant R&D departments
• Experience in Product Development, Verification or Chip Design
• Good knowledge in your own technical area but a focus on management and coordination role
• Excellent presentation skills which enable you to master the alignment with internal and external contacts in a multicultural environment
• A high motivation with the ability to prioritize and perform under pressure
• Strong communication skills in English
