As a Senior Manager – Digitalization & Systems, you’ll play a pivotal role in revolutionizing Accounting and Controlling processes, contributing to the company’s ongoing success and global impact.
What Will I Be Doing?
Lead innovative initiatives in the Accounting and Controlling domain
Spearhead the development and coordination of Reports & Dashboards using tools such as Power BI, SAP SAC, AfO, and others
Oversee implementation of cutting-edge systems and drive agile processes
Coordinate impactful projects and empower your team to excel
Foster collaboration across departments and establish yourself as a proactive leader
Demonstrate expertise in SAP modules and manage transition to S4 HANA
Ensure seamless integration and compliance with security standards
What Kind of Skills and Background Will I Need to Have?
Distinguished Master’s degree in relevant fields
Minimum 8 years of experience in similar role, preferably in pharmaceutical industry
Proven expertise in SAP, including SAP Analytics Cloud, and MS Power BI
Familiarity with digitalization tools such as agile work, low code tools, RPA, and AI
Strong business acumen, and change management skills
Knowledge of state-of-the-art business processes and familiarity with SAP PaPM and MS SharePoint
Strong communication skills in both English and German (B2 minimum)
