Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of innovative UI solutions to enhance client experiences and drive conversion rates. Oversee comprehensive SEO strategies to optimize organic search performance and elevate online visibility.KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVESSTRATEGY FORMULATION AND EXECUTION
  • Develop Ecommerce and SEO strategies supporting business acquisition and retention targets.
  • Lead initiatives to boost subscriber growth through enhanced organic search performance and optimized conversion rates in paid search campaigns.
  • Develop and execute tests and initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular reporting and analytics on paid and non-paid channels.OPERATIONAL DELIVERY
  • Oversee Showmax commerce website operations within Iceberg and ATOM platforms, collaborating with Product and Peacock teams for enhancements.
  • Optimize on-page and off-page SEO factors to increase traffic and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with various departments to create new pages for business initiatives.
  • Ensure a multi-market, multi-language commerce website aligned with the business plan.
  • Monitor SEO progress through detailed reporting and analysis.
  • Ensure brand consistency and drive UX optimization.
  • Lead A/B testing activities to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with third-party partners for maximum support.
  • Design and manage product feed generation in Showmax.OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
  • Develop and test new hypotheses for performance optimization.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and tools to support growth and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and segments extensively.
  • Employ a strong data-driven mindset by setting up relevant KPIs.PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
  • Manage team members to ensure effective delivery of business objectives.
  • Develop a high-performing team through formal performance development and informal coaching.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and identify training needs.
  • Conduct recruitment activities and manage team leave plans.
  • Address performance issues and ensure recognition of team efforts.STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
  • Improve user interface and engagement across platforms.
  • Collaborate with teams to refine user interfaces and communicate design direction.
  • Advocate for good user interface design and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Foster healthy discussions between stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across departments to manage SEO strategy and ensure implementation of SEO best practices throughout website content.QUALIFICATIONS
  • A post graduate qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management or similarEXPERIENCE
  • 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO optimization and UI design.
  • People management experience.
  • Strong analytical, proofreading, and copywriting skills.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and running A/B experiments.
  • Expert understanding of UI design principles.
  • Experience in maintaining design libraries and systems.
