Responsibilities:

  • Ideally at least 8 years’ experience in executive remuneration and reward roles with multi-national, listed companies.
  • Practical experience in the design, development, and implementation of reward programs, including annual and long-term incentives (including equity).
  • Significant working and technical knowledge of relevant remuneration frameworks, policies, and best practice industry trends.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current market practices and trends in remuneration (executive and non-executive) and reward, along with exposure to broader commercial and strategic planning.
  • Practical experience and knowledge of the financial services’ regulatory environment and the associated governance and reporting requirements (e.g. CPS 511).Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Commerce, Finance, Legal, or related discipline.

  • With your excellent communications skills, you have the confidence and ability to present recommendations and influence senior management. A subject matter expert, you can build credibility with your stakeholders and with your track record you leverage strategic, HR and commercial business acumen to develop pragmatic ideas, models and solutions that can be easily implemented into AMP’s business.
    As well as having an outstanding problem solving, analytical and consulting skills you can manage projects within allocated priorities and timeframes whilst delivering exceptional quality of your work.
