ROLE PURPOSE

Direct responsibility for the functions carried out by Finance and Corporate Administration teams, supporting the CVP Indonesia to develop and strategize the business, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship within the team while satisfying and/or exceeding the KPI targets as set by the business.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Support and Manage Day-to-Day Operational Finance
• Maintain local ledger, books and records
• Coordinate with professionals like lawyer, auditor, tax consultant, etc.
• To develop and provide accurate, timely financial reports, maintaining proper internal controls and proper management processes.
• Cashflow management
• Prepare financial model to evaluate merger and acquisition opportunities.
