REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant financial qualification (e.g. Bachelor degree, ACCA, CPA, CIMA)
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in Big 4 accounting firms is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, to engage and influence stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to manage details but still summarize executive messages to drive actions and improvements
• Team player with experience in leading and developing small teams
• A self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, while delivering desired results
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

• Lead and develop the FP&A team
• Manage the financial planning and analysis process including rolling forecasts, cash forecasts, and annual plans
• Responsible for end-to-end customer P&L profitability in collaboration with Site Managers, by providing financial insights and analysis to drive action and support decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and action plans
• Prepare presentations for senior management
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and controls
