We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis at our Lower Mainland, BC office. As a strategic business partner, this role will contribute significantly by delivering accurate, timely, and pertinent financial analysis and results, supporting the company through insightful financial decision-making and reporting.
Salary: $120,000- $150,000 - with potential flexibility to reflect the expertise and experience of our ideal candidate.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Able to lead, influence, and persuade without being a direct manager
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to develop strong business relationships and provide functional support throughout the organization.
- Able to effectively communicate complex financial reports to non-financial team members.
- Strong abilities using V and XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other spreadsheet functionality to manipulate, analyze, and take action on financial data.
EXPERIENCE
- Experience managing projects to IFRS, GAAP, ASPE Accounting Standards
- Experience developing and/or the ability to understand complex financial models
- Financial reporting and preparation of financial statement experience
- Capital asset experience
- Experience working across multiple teams to support analysis and reporting accuracy
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA designation with at least 5 years post designation experience
