In response to the growing demand for our Financial Services Risk and Regulatory Advisory Services, we are looking to hire a Senior Manager to join us in Melbourne, delivering market leading advice and practical solutions that make a material impact to our clients, our people and society. We are looking for Senior Managers with 4-8 years’ experience either in industry or with professional services firms, both globally and here in Australia.

YOU MAY HAVE ALL OR SOME OF THE FOLLOWING SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in the three lines of defence with a deep understanding of the risks and controls across the end-to-end transaction lifecycle in regulated financial institutions
  • Advanced knowledge of the market and regulatory landscape in Financial Services
  • Proficient in designing and managing large scale change management and operating model programmes in Corporate Banking from business case conception through to implementation
  • Prior experience in supervising regulatory and/or conduct remediation (e.g. The Federal Reserve, APRA, PRA, FCA, EBA, etc.), post M&A integration assessments as well as risk and control reviews in Banking
  • Proven capability to analyse client problems to identifying opportunities, with the confidence to create effective sales material including proposals, RFP responses and other POVs
  • Passion for nurturing and supporting talent with the ability to thrive working in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail with experience in serving clients with distinction
  • Highly developed business communication skills
