REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in natural sciences, technical or commercial fields
- Experience in innovation controlling and R&D controlling in the chemical industry
- Several years of experience, preferably in commercial public funding management
- Advanced statistics and data analytics know how, as well as proficiency in planning and reporting tools
- Project management skills, ideally in multi-stakeholder settings across organizational borders
- Preferably with international experience and an international mindset
- High level of analytical capabilities, initiative, and commitment coupled with a strong, thorough and goal-oriented service approach
- Fluent in German and English
