Job Description
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS POSITION
- This is a Global 100% remote role based in Chicago or other locations.
- This role which will require flexibility in work times.
- Travel will be required based on project requirements.
- This is a fixed term opportunity based on project timelines. Program will last 3 to 4 years from design to implementation.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 8+ years of supply chain expertise in manufacturing
- Experience leading a global or regional project team.
- SAP knowledge with understanding on functionalities
- Demonstrated success in the project management execution.
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is desirable.
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse portfolio of multiple workstreams within the project simultaneously, ensuring each workstream meets its objectives within defined timelines.
- Experience in leveraging cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes is essential.
- Experience in project plan management and all aspects of the same, inclusive of financials, resourcing, timing, risks, etc.
- Exceptional communication skills (English) with the ability to effectively convey ideas, negotiate priorities, and build consensus across all levels of the project organization. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making processes to achieve project objectives.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, managing through ambiguity, scope changes, and unexpected challenges.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Certifications relevant to project management are strongly preferred.
