Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

The role of the OFR PMO is to provide leadership, direction and governance for project management within the OFR Operations team. This involves overseeing the entire portfolio of projects, ensuring definition and adherence of project management standards and quality. Additionally, this role includes managing strategic projects in alignment with organizational goals and driving their successful execution. Areas of focus are crisis management and improvement of processes as per global target operating model.
Overall, the job purpose is to drive strategic alignment, optimize resource allocation, ensure governance and compliance, manage risks and crises, lead change initiatives, and engage stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes and contribute to the long-term success of the organization.
The OFR PMO ensures effective implementation of changes in the OFR organization and, therefore, plays a crucial role in driving organizational transformation and positioning the organization for long-term success.
