Responsibilities:

  • You will be a dynamic, confident leader and mentor who has great communication and influencing skills
  • Build capacity across all reporting activities through on-going efficiency improvements by streamlining activities and enhancing insights.
  • Able to present financial data in a clear, simple way that reflects key business value drivers and draws out key insights and actions.
  • Maintain a collaborative and supportive working relationship within CR&A and the bank to embed and drive cultural change and improve controls.
  • Apply financial policies, frameworks, and standards to the delivery of work activities.
  • Manages a team of finance professionals and supports the development and growth of the team.
  • This role is critical in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of regulatory reporting for the Westpac Group.
  • Ensure procedures are embedded and documented and appropriate controls are designed and operating effectively in relation to Global Reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of the Regulatory Reporting update to Board Audit Committee
  • Assist in the preparation of operational reporting and metrics for CR&
