Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Proactively research and identify emerging technologies aligned with our business needs and strategic goals.
- Evaluate the potential impact of new technologies through thorough research and analysis.
- Develop and present compelling business cases for the adoption of emerging technologies.
- Lead the development and execution of proof-of-concept projects to showcase the value proposition of new technologies.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure successful integration of new technologies into existing workflows.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to facilitate user adoption of new technologies.
- Champion a culture of innovation and serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on emerging technologies.
- Monitor industry trends and maintain awareness of the latest technological advancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical business partnership role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.
- Proven ability to identify and evaluate emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships across IT and business teams.
- Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies.
- Passion for technology and a strong desire to drive innovation.
- Experience with RPA, AI, and/or advanced productivity tools (a plus).
