Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively research and identify emerging technologies aligned with our business needs and strategic goals.
  • Evaluate the potential impact of new technologies through thorough research and analysis.
  • Develop and present compelling business cases for the adoption of emerging technologies.
  • Lead the development and execution of proof-of-concept projects to showcase the value proposition of new technologies.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure successful integration of new technologies into existing workflows.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to facilitate user adoption of new technologies.
  • Champion a culture of innovation and serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on emerging technologies.
  • Monitor industry trends and maintain awareness of the latest technological advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical business partnership role.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.
  • Proven ability to identify and evaluate emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across IT and business teams.
  • Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies.
  • Passion for technology and a strong desire to drive innovation.
  • Experience with RPA, AI, and/or advanced productivity tools (a plus).
