Senior Manager - Head of Quality

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and objectives to ensure goals are achieved
• Develop and implement industry-specific quality standards to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
• Building and leading a dynamic Quality organization and setting the pace and example as a leader, coach, and mentor to reporting contributors
• Promoting an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation with peers and their respective functional groups
• Utilize statistical analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in processes
• Implementing open communication and continuous improvement
• Improving standards and processes in all phases of the operations cycle

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor?s Degree in technical discipline, prefer Industrial engineering or related field, plus a minimum of 10 years direct industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience, 8 of which must have been in a people leadership role.
• Strong analytical skills required e.g., demonstrated ability to take data from varying sources, analyse, interpret, and use to make business decisions
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
