Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Manager, Health Marketing, Strategic Initiatives will primarily work closely with all CDCP working groups and core teams that have a direct member focus
  • Responsible for ensuring the member journey, experience and communications are clear and consistent across channels
  • Understand the provider journey, experience and communications and identify and manage any implications for the member journey
  • Help represent CXO, Marketing in meetings and with Health Canada where appropriate
  • Working with the Sustainability team and business partners on the Focus Area of Impact as the strategy, positioning and OKRs are developed
  • Help understand and bridge business priorities across Health + Wealth + Protection
  • Help support the planning and development and execution of a go to market plan for 2024 and 2025 supporting across Health + Wealth Vertical Marketing and CXO teams and agency partners
    Overall, the Senior Manager is critical in defining, leading, and managing execution of tactical strategies and developing best practices. This role will be responsible for connecting marketing strategies that leverage and enable the client experience and establish personalization initiatives based on client insights and analytics. This role will develop data driven test and learn strategies to better define the purpose and value of each channel, and the role it plays across the customer journey as well as uncovering key gaps and new opportunities.
    Act as the channel & delivery lead for the Health BU marketing and support our marketing efforts. Build a comprehensive understanding of Health marketing landscape to build impactful go to market initiatives. Develop and manage integrated plans, campaigns and initiatives. Work in collaboration with marketing COE owners and CXO key partners. Accountable for the measurement of KPIs and recommendations for action based on insights. Own and manage the overall resources and marketing budget in partnership with the BU lead in the businesses. Build expertise in the vertical they lead through on-going integration with BU leaders, their team, and external partnerships. Help manage and support 3rd party vendors and agency partners, while leading and managing the vendor relationship (WTD) - operations, delivery, renewals.
