Senior Manager, Human Resource

Samsung SDS provides cloud and digital logistics services. The import and export logistics services are provided based on a digital logistics platform (CelloSquare) combined with innovative IT technology.
We are looking for a Senior Human Resource Manager to be part of our rapidly growing team. This role will focus on strategic human capital management, providing solutions and advice to internal customers on areas relating to staffing, employee relations and engagement, talent management as well as reviewing HR policies and processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates should preferably possess a Degree in Human Resource Management or any equivalent professional qualifications.

• At least 10 years of experience within the HR function and work experience in Logistics MNC company is preferred
• A team player with strong organization, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in Korean language is an added advantage
