EGM are working with AnglicareSA on the recruitment for their Senior HR Manager; a newly structured role that will support the business by providing contemporary HR leadership and best practice business partnering.

We are looking for a commercial, progressive and inspirational leader who has experience working in Senior HR roles of a similar nature. You will understand navigating a multi faceted and complex organisation and enjoy ambiguity. You will be motivated, professional and
passionate about delivering best practice HR solutions and developing people.
Responsibilities:
This role has been created to provide additional leadership to the HR team and strategic support to the business. In this role you will be responsible for shaping and executing the organisation’s HR and cultural strategies.
The key responsibilities will be:

HR Business Partnering: Further develop and drive a contemporary partnering model that supports the organisation

Employee Development: Lead and mentor the team to enhance employee skills and competencies to promote a high performing and continuous learning culture

Performance Management: Implement and oversee the performance management process and systems, including providing guidance and coaching to leaders

Culture and Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement

Employee Relations: Managing risks and compliance with conflicts and grievances.
