JOB DESCRIPTION

We help our clients stay ahead of changes that impact their businesses, navigating complexity and risk. We deliver deep tax technical, people and legal expertise, while providing the critical context to make informed and compliant decisions. With clients ranging from multinational organisations and public sector bodies to entrepreneurs and family businesses, the work we do is diverse.
As a Senior Manager in the Immigration Team, you will proactively lead in the management of a portfolio of clients and build relationship with potential clients. You will be actively involved in business development activities to identify new opportunities and targets. You will serve as primary point of contact for the clients and manage client expectations in terms of processes, timelines and providing effective solutions to any difficulties or challenges during times of change and uncertainty. You will lead, train and coach team members to consistently deliver optimal performance to meet the business needs and objectives of our clients. You will contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen. You will identify and determine practice areas for improvement, propose and implement strategic. You will revamp processes and working procedures to maximize operational efficiency while ensuring high quality services and support to clients. You will be responsible in the overall financial management of client accounts. You will develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges and build a range of meaningful recommendations. You will lead in the management and delivery of internal and external projects. You will participate and contribute to other firm and team initiatives.

You will need to display the following:

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree
Required Fields of Study: Any related field
Minimum Years of Experience: 8 years of relevant experiences immigration environment delivering immigration compliance services to corporate clients
Certification(s) Required: Nil
