  • Strategic Stakeholder Engagement and Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate heavily with our Sales team, assisting them throughout the sales process, providing important details, required for RFP responses, supporting sales presentations, manage pre-contract implementation commitments and ensure a seamless handoff to assigned Launch Managers for project execution
  • Timely Deployments: Ensure our customer launches are completed on time, while also being flexible to pivot as required by changing circumstances.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain robust relationships with enterprise-level clients, ensuring client needs are prioritized and met, thereby fostering long-term success.
  • Monitor and Report on Team KPIs: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time to deployment, revenue recognition, net revenue retention, and customer retention, ensuring the team achieves targeted goals.

  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data
  • Knowledge of or a passion for public transit
