REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience of driving changes needed to significantly increase sales or grow new business area.
  • 5+ years of experience within commercial data driven analysis and project management.
  • Experience and strong track record in managing projects and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Ability to simplify complex content into easily understandable messages for relevant stakeholders – written, verbally and in .ppt.
  • Ability to navigate between operational, tactical, and strategic level depending on the task and stakeholders involved.
  • Proficient working in both excel and power point.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This pivotal role entails supporting our international KAM network in growing our international business across Europe by supporting them with the tools, processes and insights needed in order to win in this key sales channel.
You will furthermore be responsible for managing our 3rd party partnerships leveraging our large European network as well as represent Circle K from a commercial perspective into our international network alliance with Routex. Lastly you will support on different strategic initiatives to improve our customer value proposition towards the truck segment and work closely together with the global mobility team to understand and assess how we can commercialize and take new innovations and products to market.
To excel in this role, you’ll bring a strong analytical and project management background, complemented by proven abilities to drive change and navigate within complex stakeholder environments across different countries, functions, and partners in a structured and efficient way. Your success will be measured by your ability to enable our international KAM to win new customers and grow our international business and ensuring that we maintain and develop successful 3rd party partnerships in the future.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as SPOC towards International KAM network and drive discussions on commercial opportunities and key elements needed in order to unlock new volumes and value.
  • Analyze, prioritize and drive necessary changes needed in order to enable International KAM to win new volumes and defend existing base.
  • Execute and coordinate international sales processes internally within Circle K business units and towards relevant partners.
  • Provide and maintain necessary supporting tools and materials for KAM to engage with International customers.
  • Maintain overview of International customer pipeline across Europe and standard presentations to management on status on international sales and pipeline.
  • Act as commercial counterpart towards Routex alliance.
  • Define strategic direction for 3rd party partnerships on a European level.
  • Identify and analyze commercial opportunities for driving more supplied volumes via 3rd party partnerships and prepare decision proposals for business units.
  • Participate in different strategic and tactical initiatives targeted at improving our overall customer value proposition towards the truck segment.
  • Support in assessing commercial potential of new innovations and products coming out of the global B2B mobility team and in incorporating them into our overall value proposition for truck.
