This is a unique opportunity to work for the highly regarded investment office. The organisation is well known for its outstanding philanthropic investment philosophy. As the Manager Investment Reporting, you will serve as the functional lead for performance reporting and analysis within the Investment Office. You will collaborate with the Investment Office’s COO and investment professionals to enhance the existing reporting content and provide insightful information to support decision making. This is a unique opportunity to work with a wide range of asset classes and a variety of stakeholders.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND, COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:

  • Excellent academic degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. Industry qualifications such as CFA or CIPM are a plus
  • A minimum of three to five years relevant professional experience in a performance measurement or analysis role. Experience preferably obtained with an asset manager or investment fund
  • High affinity for IT-applications, with experience in programming and visualization tools favored
  • Fluency in English is required, other languages are a plus. No German required

Responsibilities:

  • Calculate performance, attribution and ex-post risk analysis across all portfolios
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting for senior management and clients
  • Derive insights from data analysis for the investment team
  • Work closely with the asset controllers to maintain accurate and comprehensive datasets
  • Develop and implement a data quality and validation framework
  • Manage data interdependences, calculation methods and benchmarking frameworks
