QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business operations /IT Applications or related field
  • At least 10 years’ experience in SAP systems
  • Experience with SAP IBP and integration to SAP S4
  • At least 5 years’ experience in team management
  • Subject matter expert in at least one of the following areas Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning
  • Good knowledge of SAP modules related to Supply Chain
  • Good understanding of Supply chain processes
  • Good project management skills
  • Experience building and maintaining strong cross-functional working relationships with other departments.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak and communicate effectively with both senior management and front-line staff personnel.
  • Good knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with company stakeholders to understand supply chain processes and propose technical requirements for efficiency improvements to be implemented with SAP.
  • Work in close collaboration with business analysts and users to understand their needs and different business requirements.
  • Participate in the development of functional and technical specifications.
  • Control all requirement gathering, solution design configuration, developments, and functional specification delivery.
  • Provide expertise in the analysis of potential solutions in line with quality and safety requirements.
  • Lead and manage a team of functional analysts and external consultants for the implementation of SAP IBP.
  • Participate in prioritization of demands with the functional team and business units.
  • Integrate rules, procedures, standards, and recommendations relating to GMP regulations, information systems security and existing project methodology.
  • Analyse data conversion requirements to determine data conversion strategies and mechanisms.
  • Ensures the maintenance of documentation related to the configuration and development of SAP and other related systems.
  • Plan and coordinates user support and training activities.
  • Lead, coach, and support direct reports by setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
