Responsibilities:

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Manager and People Leader for Logistic Maintenance, you will play a pivotal role in our mass production cornerstone. You will take center stage in Denmark’s Operations as you lead the change at KOM Campus production. Moreover, you will:

  • With your team of approx. 30 dedicated employees working 3 shifts - 24/7, you’ll keep our systems running efficiently, from data management to robotics and automated vehicles.
  • To encourage team development and innovation of the logistics maintenance processes in order to improve efficiency and operational costs.
  • Forge key connections across the organization, bringing standard processes and inquisitive maintenance strategies to the forefront.
  • Drive the technical innovation towards Industry 4.0 within your capability area and ensure its adoption in collaboration with internal business partners.
  • Actively enable peer groups, proactively seek interaction and cooperation with others, and frequently conducts presentations across to create awareness and shares knowledge.
  • Systematic approach to problem solving.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide great leadership and mentor towards employees.
  • Fully responsible for the daily operation in specific maintenance area
  • Drive the definition and strategic development of maintenance strategies, drive short and long term actions on Break down, preventive and Total Productive Maintenance.
  • Provide oversight for budget development and execution, and capital planning.
  • Develop and execute the training plans
  • Help manage vendor support and equipment relationships
