We are currently representing a dynamic and innovative real estate operator which is actively managing a diverse portfolio of mixed development projects. With a proven track record of successful projects, the team is expanding and is seeking a highly skilled Senior M&E Manager to enhance standards.. If you are successful in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of highly technical and experienced group of professionals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hold a degree in M&E Engineering or equivalent field.
  • Possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in project management within construction or retail mall sectors.
  • Demonstrate expertise in conceptualizing Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing (MEP) systems, coordinating interface works between new and existing buildings, and managing MEP design and construction.
  • Have prior experience managing medium to large-scale MEP projects.
  • Exhibit strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Be self-directed, accountable, disciplined, capable of working under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and lead the execution of all projects from start to finish.
  • Gather and consolidate requirements from users and stakeholders, develop project briefs, budgets, and timelines.
  • Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing service providers, pre-qualification, budget management, value engineering, contract allocation, all in alignment with corporate governance standards.
  • Ensure timely project delivery within budget, meeting specified quality standards.
  • Supervise consultants to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and authorities’ requirements, facilitating approval processes and completion certification as needed.
  • Manage project finances and provide regular reports on progress.
  • Participate in site inspections, project meetings, and client engagements, documenting meeting minutes.
  • Handle progress payment certification, defect management, and final account reconciliation.
