Description:

The role will be responsible for the implementation of a single, integrated, electronic direct mailer (EDM) system for the dissemination of all of Singapore Business Federation (SBF)’s EDMs. Working closely with the Information Technology and Membership Divisions as well as marketing representatives across the various Divisions, this role is integral to improving SBF’s efforts to market its events and activities. The incumbent would be expected to manage subscriber databases, analyse performance metrics, provide insights for improving EDM effectiveness, as well as ensure consistent brand messaging and enhance customer communication through email channels.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of marketing technology tool (through requirements gathering, selection and execution management) that is aligned with SBF’s goals and objectives.
  • Possess working knowledge of audience segmentation and campaign optimisation.
  • Map out the customer journey based on personas and collaborate with internal teams to conduct audience segmentation/targeting to enhance overall customer experiences and ensure consistency with the overall digital experience across SBF’s platforms.
  • Support internal users in maintaining and troubleshooting issues on platforms.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining detailed, accurate performance reports on email campaigns.
  • Be the subject matter expert for email marketing related matters, including how email marketing campaigns should be carried out vis-a-vis the improvement of entire SBF’s email marketing efforts.
  • Provide strategic counsel to internal teams to ensure that email campaigns are aligned to SBF’s narrative and compliant with Personal Data Protection Act.
  • With more than 6 years of experience in email marketing, managing email marketing systems and hands-on experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Possess web, graphics and UX background
  • Familiar with agile marketing and able to adapt to changing processes
  • Good copywriting skills, an eye for design and able to produce creative assets using Canva or other relevant design software(s).
  • Preferably experienced working in a central marketing/comms unit providing guidance to business unit marketing representatives
  • Preferably experienced in design thinking and agile scrum practices
