Description:
OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITY
We are looking for a highly motivated Infocomm Technology (ICT) Manager in driving the success of our development projects. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing information technology projects for the organisation.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- A Degree in Computer Science or related qualifications with least 5 years of relevant experience in ICT systems development and implementation
- Strong vendor and key partners leadership skills
- Strong stakeholder management balancing both the analytical aspect and the people aspects
- Excellent communicator in articulating plan at both the executive level and the working level and is an attentive listener to understand needs and issues, with strong presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Strategic, technical thinker to understand and manage the complexity of people and technology
- Experience in tender bids, evaluations or presentations.
- Project Management-related certifications is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Flexible, and able to deal effectively with changing and unanticipated situations
- A strong understanding of business needs
- A positive attitude and team player
Responsibilities:
- Work with users to develop technological solutions to support business needs
- Develop and execute project planning and outlining tasks, timelines and resource requirements
- Gather and analysis business requirements to ensure that the project aligns with organisational goals and user needs
- Manage priorities and work schedules to ensure that projects and change requests are completed on time and meet stated objectives
- Handle and timely execution of the procurement of IT solutions
- Effective management of stakeholders and vendors
- Provide on support and maintenance of existing systems in the organization
- Review systems access control and application security requirements
- Maintain project documentation of systems
